We are so happy and grateful that we got in touch with Linda Jostler who works as a wedding coordinator in Tuscany, she put her whole heart into our wedding from day one to the actual wedding weekend and did everything to make it exactly as we wished, from small tips and guiding us through all the planning to being present throughout the weekend so Rasmus and I could just enjoy and spend time with loved ones at the vineyard. Without her help, we could only have dreamed of such a magical wedding! ”Our wedding became more than we could ever have dreamed of!

After we decided to get married in Italy, we found Linda online and quickly took a liking to her after talking a few times over the phone and emailing. Right from the start, we felt a great trust in Linda thanks to her previous experience in wedding arrangements and her personal sense of taste and style that shone through. What also made us feel very secure was Linda’s honesty and her own input during the planning. We had never planned a wedding before, so it was incredibly comforting to have Linda as a filter and sounding board for all our thoughts and decisions.

The reason we decided on a wedding abroad was mainly to get more time with all the guests. The choice fell on Italy largely because of the Italian cuisine and simply because it is a very beautiful country. We love food and traveling, which laid the foundation for our wedding.

The wedding lasted for three days, and we enjoyed it from start to finish. From the moment we set foot in the place where we all stayed and hung out during the weekend to when we left, everything flowed without the slightest hesitation. Everything was incredibly well-planned and so professionally handled. As several of our guests said after the weekend, “it felt like being in a movie,” that’s exactly how we felt too. That everything turned out so successfully is very much thanks to Linda’s planning and partners; Linda had thought of everything!

I also want to take the opportunity to praise the catering company that did an exemplary job all three days. Incredibly professional, good food, and fantastic service. Likewise, the place we were at, nothing was a problem, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We are so incredibly pleased with how the wedding turned out, it couldn’t have been more beautiful. Much of this is of course thanks to you, we are very grateful. It was so nice to be able to relax (at least a little) during the wedding and know that you were pulling the strings in the background. The detailed preparations were very important for all the thousands of details to be just right and you were great there, nothing was left to chance or last minute. THANK YOU for a fantastic memory for life!

Our wedding weekend was truly COMPLETELY FAIRYTALE MAGICAL. Everything turned out at least as good as we could have hoped, and it was invaluable to have you on site during our big day. We are incredibly satisfied both with the vineyard and all the suppliers we hired through you. To mention a few; the florist had done an amazingly fine job with all the lanterns in the olive grove, the band was incredibly cool and appreciated by many of the guests, and the DJ really delivered – the dance floor was full of guests from start to finish! Both we and our guests will remember the weekend forever.

We have now landed in a 10-degree cold Bergen but not landed emotionally, I never thought there would be so many emotions afterward as there have been. I have suddenly been able to burst into tears because I think about the day and everything, but only out of joy and of course a sorrow that it is over, but oh my god we will live long on all the memories and the joy it gave us! It was indescribable to experience our wedding day in this way!

All our guests were very satisfied with all the food, which tasted heavenly good and the place which was a pure paradise! Thank you for everything really, it may rain and be cold here at home but we only have sunshine and warmth in our thoughts.

From the first day, we have felt an enormous security in having you with us in all our choices. Not once have we doubted that we made the right decision and it is so easy to see that you do what is absolutely most important to you and that is that we as a bridal couple should have the best and most memorable day. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect. Another country, a wedding coordinator we had never met. But Linda won our trust right from the start. Structured, reliable, creative, and professional.

She was genuinely interested, listened, and quickly understood our wishes – a cozy, intimate, and familial wedding with the closest relatives in a fantastic setting. She delivered ideas and suggestions that we would never have come up with ourselves or could have googled. At a small family-owned vineyard in Tuscany, surrounded by the characteristic landscape, our entire family had an experience we could only have dreamed of.

It felt like the place was perfectly tailored for us and the number of people we were – we had the luxury of having the estate entirely to ourselves. The children could run freely between the different relatives’ rooms, which they really appreciated. No details were left to chance – Linda thinks about the overall experience.
